Drama

For the last 2 weeks in drama, we have been working on healthy eating and creating healthy puppets to put on a puppet show. While learning about healthy eating and the things that bad food does to our bodies we had written down what healthy food does to help our four walls. When we had learned all that we needed to know we drew some healthy eating paper puppets to make a video that convinces people to eat healthy not only for their shape but for their minds as well.

Physical 

  1. Exercise regularly
  2. Eat a healthy diet
  3. Maintain a healthy weight
  4. Get enough sleep
  5. Keep up with vaccinations
  6. Brush and floss your teeth




Spiritual 

  1. Explore your spiritual core
  2. Look for deeper meanings
  3. Get it out
  4. Try yoga
  5. Travel
  6. Think positively
  7. Take time to meditate

  1. Keep active
  2. Eat well. 
  3. Drink sensibly
  4. Keep in touch
  5. Ask for help
  6. Take a break




Emotional 

  1. Be aware of your emotions and reactions
  2. Express your feelings in appropriate ways
  3. Think before you act
  4. Manage stress
  5. Strive for balance
  6. Take care of your physical health
  7. Connect with others
